We designed a series of online, asynchronous, social interventions to get people interested and immersed in topics related to leadership.
We designed a series of posters that were blown up and pasted in all offices across the country. These posters created a buzz and intrigued employees. They also generated excitement among employees.
These posters were also presented as screen savers on all computers in offices.
A two minute trailer was designed to promote an online leadership game, "The Hunt for Shalimar." This was like a film trailer with peppy music. It was projected and played in the hallways of offices. Almost everyone who entered their office stopped and watched the trailer.
The learning program was launched one week after the trailer and was a grand success.
The initiative has become big in the organization. People are waiting for the launch."
